In this classic Australian blend, Shiraz provides fleshy fruit, spice and middle palate weight, and the Cabernet Sauvignon provides a sturdy backbone and structured texture. A perfect synergy of 2 prominent Australian red varieties - this wine shows a burst of juicy grape flavours with plums,dark berries, black currants, a touch of pepper and spice. It is lush and lively displaying good harmony between 2 of Australia's most prominent varieties.

Maturationin 2 and 3 year old American and French oak barrels adds complexity. It is clean and approachable with good intensity built around a fine tannin backbone.
