The nose is complex, with coffee, liquorice and sweet cherries, white chocolate and mocha. Flavours of sweet raspberries and cherries continue on the palate, with the chocolate flavours becoming sweeter and rich.

It has a light and glistering colour. It rates at 10.5 % alcohol content. Hugues Dubuisson who is the current brewer wanted it to be worthy of the famous Bush Amber and gave it the same nice aroma and flavour, which are henceforth the Brewery Dubuisson's signature.

A dry and fruity wine, easy to drink. Its colour is pale gold with greenish hues. Very fresh aromas reminiscent of citrus (lemon or grapefruit); small pleasant touches of fern or coriander are found as well. On the palate, dry and fruity, with mineral notes. Pleasant and long aftertaste.
